Ingredients: 3 cups warm water 2 Cups Seltzer 4 tablespoons dry yeast @redstaryeast 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/2 C honey 1 1/4 cups oil 1 1/2 tablespoons salt 5 pounds @kingarthurflour ( Bread ) 1 egg, lightly beaten ( FOR BRUSHING ) ChefChaya Directions: To Make the Dough: Place 1 cup warm water, yeast and 2 T sugar in a bowl of electric mixer. Let it sit for about 7 minutes until it becomes bubbly. Add the rest of the water and the seltzer, add oil, honey sugar and salt. Slowly add the flour, one cup at a time. Continue mixing on low, while adding flour, then mix for about 10 minutes on high. Place dough in a large well greased bowl, allow it to Rise for one hour. Take a piece of dough and make a Bracha. Round Challahs hide all my flaws, well not that I have any ๐Ÿ˜‰. Errrr,But my braiding mishaps. This is the fishtail gone round CC Adapted Rebbetzin Kanievsky Recipe. Ingredients: 3 cups warm water 2 Cups Seltzer 4 tablespoons dry yeast 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/2 C honey 1 1/4 cups oil 1 1/2 tablespoons salt 5 pounds King Arthur bread flour 1 egg, lightly beaten ChefChaya Directions: To Make the Dough: Place 1 cup warm water, yeast and 2 T sugar in a bowl of electric mixer. Let it sit for about 7 minutes until it becomes bubbly. Add the rest of the water and the seltzer, add oil, honey sugar and salt. Slowly add the flour, one cup at a time.
