Chocolate zucchini cake by @frei_style 🍫 Recipe. For the cake: 250 gr zucchini. 25 gr almonds. 25 gr almond flour. 2 egg replacer. 175 gr coconut blossom sugar. 1 tsp cinnamon. 3 tsp raw cacao. 50 gr dark chocolate. 200 gr spelt flour. 120 gr plant oil of your choice. Zest of half an organic orange. 3 tsp baking soda. Pinch of salt. Preheat the oven to 180 degree, chops the almonds roughly and set aside. Blend the zucchini in a good processor and set aside. Mix the sugar and egg replacer, add the cinnamon, cacao, flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Squeeze out as much water from the zucchini as possible and add to the batter as well as the nuts, almond flour, orange zest and roughly chopped chocolate. Add the oil and mix well. Add into a baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes. For the oranges: Cut them into thin slices and dehydrated them for 12 hours at 70 degree.

Because two is better than one, here's another shot of the NUTELLA PANCAKES I made in celebration of the Nutella theme for #FebruaryFeeds with @tumblinbumblincrumblincookie 🥞✨ Don't forget you have until this Sunday to post your own choc hazelnut creation and use the above hashtag for a feature on our accounts! ...and just to make some deliciously wholesome plant-based food of course 😜 // RECIPE: 1 cup oats ground into flour, 1 tbs ground flax, 1.5 tbs cacao, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1 cup @pacificfoods hazelnut milk -- mix it all up in a medium sized bowl and then cook your 'cakes over medium-low heat in a nonstick skillet 👌🏼I cut this in half for myself and served it with a couple dollops of hazelnut ice cream...because pancakes AND ice cream are definitely better than just pancakes imo
