"He wasn't put on earth to be a good baseball player, that's just what he did for a job. He was put here to love people, encourage people, and lead people to be better." They played the Field of Dreams song while people were walking in... To say it was dusty in here while I was watching the celebration of life is an understatement. If you are a baseball fan you can understand how it makes you completely invested in people you have never met. "Have a good one, doc". #celebratedoc

I vividly remember seeing Roy take a no-hitter into the 9th live at the Skydome, when Bobby Higginson took him yard and Doc would have to wait several years to seal the deal with the Phillies. I was so happy for him, and proud to be a Jays and Halladay fan. The best game I ever saw live was Doc Vs Pedro, two Aces at the top of their game. It was magical for an aspiring pitcher and it remains one of my fondest sports memories. Today's Celebration of Life ceremony is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to a legend. Rest in peace, Roy #celebratedoc
